No surprises. Ben measures the areas to be cleaned and confirms the exact price with you before starting work.
The $0.50/sq ft rate applies to standard wall-to-wall carpet cleaning. Stairs, upholstery, tile/grout, pet odor treatment, heavy spot treatment, and specialty work are quoted separately before work begins.
Pricing is based on the carpeted areas actually cleaned, not the total size of the home. Final square footage is measured on-site.

Pet Odor Treatment
Quoted based on severity and size of affected areas. Pet odor results depend on severity, age, and whether contamination has reached the backing, pad, subfloor, tack strip, baseboards, or nearby materials.
Heavy Spot Treatment
Quoted based on scope and stain type. Some stains may improve but are not guaranteed to fully disappear.
