Pricing
Upholstery is quoted per item — not per square foot. The price depends on:
- •Item size — a loveseat is quoted differently than a full sectional
- •Fabric type — some materials need more care or different methods
- •Overall condition and soil level
- •Whether pet odor treatment is needed
To get an estimate: Call or text Ben at (385) 264-5132, or send a photo of the item via the contact form. Photos help give a more accurate ballpark before scheduling.
What to Expect
Fabric check
Ben checks the care tag and inspects the fabric before applying anything. Some materials can't be wet-cleaned — if yours is one of them, he'll tell you before starting.
Pre-treatment
Soiled areas, armrests, and cushions are pre-treated to break up surface grime before extraction.
Hot water extraction
Using an upholstery cleaning tool connected to the truck-mounted system — same strong suction and heat as carpet cleaning.
Drying
Most pieces are dry within 2–4 hours. Using a fan speeds things up. Avoid sitting on the furniture until it's fully dry.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is upholstery pricing determined?
Upholstery is quoted by the item based on size, fabric type, and condition. Send photos if you'd like a ballpark estimate before scheduling.
Can all fabrics be cleaned?
Not all upholstery is the same. Some fabrics — like certain microfibers, silks, or velvet — require dry-cleaning or are better left to a specialist. Ben will check the fabric tag and let you know before starting.
Will it get my couch completely clean?
Most everyday soil, pet hair, and surface grime cleans up well. Old stains, set-in discoloration, or structural wear may not fully come out — Ben will be honest with you during the pre-inspection.
How long does upholstery take to dry?
Most pieces dry in 2–4 hours with good airflow. Thicker fabrics may take longer. Pointing a fan at the piece speeds things up considerably.
Do you clean car interiors or boat seats?
Not currently — upholstery cleaning is for household furniture only at this time.
